Foxp3 transcription factor flow fixed membrane-breaking concentrate and dilution are used to analyze transcription factors and nuclear proteins (such as Foxp3 and Ki -67) and staining with antibodies to cytokines and chemokines. It should be used in conjunction with Permeabilization Buffer (10X) (Cat. No. 00-8333) to complete the final washing step and cell resuspension. All three components of Foxp3/Transcription Factor Flow Immobilization Permeabilization Buffer (Cat. No. 00-5523) can be purchased together.
