Attach the Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Pipette Cleaner/Irrigator to your sink water or DI drain and drain for repeated automatic fill and empty cycles. Insert the filled pipette basket and connect to the water inlet; align the drain line with the appropriate sewer to receive flush water. Turn on the water source and pour it into the cleaning chamber from the water inlet. When the cleaning chamber is filled, a siphon is formed at the drainage elbow and the cleaning chamber is emptied through the drainage outlet. The filling and emptying cycle continues until the water supply is turned off.
