The resin efficiently binds nucleic acids up to 20 kb and eliminates organic extractions, and the need to perform time-consuming ethanol precipitations.
Easy to Use< br>The SNAP™ Gel Purification Kit yields pure DNA in an easy-to-perform,
rapid procedure. Simply:
1. Excise DNA band from your agarose gel.
2. Add NaI solution (provided) and melt the agarose at 42-50°C.
3. Load sample onto the SNAP™ spin column.
4. Wash away contaminants.
5. Elute DNA in water.< br>
The eluted DNA is highly pure and ready to use for cloning, sequencing, transformation, or transfection.
