pAd⁄PL-DEST™ Gateway™ Vector Kit contains Gateway™-adapted ViraPower™ adenoviral expression vector, pAd⁄ PL-DEST™ vectors for simple recombination-based cloning and adenovirus-based transient expression of target genes in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. This vector can be used to generate adenovirus containing the target gene, with expression driven by the promoter of choice. Alternatively, vectors can be used to express small RNA molecules from their corresponding promoters.
