OSR6299 is a reagent kit specifically designed for the Beckman Coulter AU Series (In vitro diagnostics only).

Reagents are designed for the quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (C-RB) in human serum and plasma by immunoturbidimetric method.

Concentration in the reaction mixture:

• Latex particles coated with human C-RB antibodies < 0.5% w/v.
• Glycine buffer 100 mmol/l
• Preservative < 0.1% w/v.

The R1 reagent is ready for use and can be directly installed in the analyzer. Reagent R2 should be stirred 5 to 10 times before being inserted into the analyzer. Repeat this procedure weekly.
Beckman Coulter analyzers automatically calculate the C-PB concentration in each sample.

C-reactive protein (C-RB) is one of the most sensitive markers of acute inflammation.
