The MOG series oxygen generator, featuring advanced technology, operates on the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle to continuously produce oxygen from clean and dry compressed air.
The high-strength aviation aluminum extruded double-chamber cylinder is filled with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) and connected through upper and lower manifolds. In this way, the double-chamber cylinder filled with high-density zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) forms a dual-bed system. Clean and dry compressed air enters the bottom of the "online" bed through the intake manifold and then flows upward through the zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS), where nitrogen and other trace gases in the compressed air are preferentially adsorbed. The remaining oxygen passes through the support bed and exhaust manifold into the buffer tank and a dust filter installed at the outlet of the buffer tank, and then enters the oxygen generator for purity monitoring.
