Application of mild hypothermia in craniocerebral trauma Mild hypothermia has a significant therapeutic protective effect on experimental cerebral ischemia and experimental craniocerebral injury. Most prospective clinical application studies have also found that mild hypothermia can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with severe craniocerebral injury without any serious complications. However, there are still different views on the theratment  course and time window of mild hypothermia treatment. Mild hypothermia should be listed as an important auxiliary measure in the clinical treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
