【Detection principle】

【 Sample Collection and Requirements 】 :

Take a fresh clean urine sample, preferably morning urine. (For example, for comparative monitoring of efficacy, two samples should be taken to maintain the same living condition.)

【 Usage method 】

1. Open ampoule bottle;

2. 2ml urine was absorbed with a straw and added into ampoules;

The color rendering is compared with the color palette in 3.2 minutes.

【 Criteria 】

Negative: colorless or light yellow.

Weak positive: light red.

Positive: Red, dark red.

【 Note 】
