The main working principle of this product is to use steam as a sterilization factor to kill microorganisms present on the load.

2. Structural characteristics

1. The sterilizer is a portable structure consisting of a handle, chamber, steam generator, and control system. The outer barrel, sterilizing barrel, and cover of the sterilizer are made of stainless steel material.

2. The container cover is equipped with a safety valve and a discharge valve. Once the pressure of the safety valve exceeds 0.14 MPa, pressure can be automatically released, ensuring reliable performance. Opening the valve before sterilization can discharge cold air, and at the end of sterilization, it exhausts steam.

3. The vessel cover is equipped with a double-scale pressure gauge displaying pressure and temperature readings for clear observation.

4. The automatic control features automatic protection functionality. In the event of water breakage in the container, the circuit will automatically cut off, the heater will cease operation, effectively safeguarding the equipment. Additionally, a peak ringing device will sound to remind the user to replenish water attentively.
